Each month's winner will be announced in The Reporter and at www.vacavillerecycling.com on the third Sunday of the following month. |

There may only be one entry per household per month per contest game. |

Prizes are non-transferable - free service will be provided only to the winner and only as long as the winner continues to reside at the winning address for the duration of the prize. |

The City of Vacaville, Vacaville Sanitary Service and their respective officers, officials, employees, agents an volunteers, are not responsible and shall not be liable for:
(a) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries;
(b) errors in transmission ;
(c) any loss, damages and/or injury of any kind resulting from participation in this contest or from the acceptance, receipt, use or possession of any prizes;
(d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest. |
